The proposals are invited on-line throughout the year via INUP website ( www.inup.iitb.ac.in ).

The characterization based proposals are reviewed for contamination/ feasibility and the decision is intimated within a few days of submission.

The proposals concerning fabrication (medium/ short) undergo two level peer review process. At the first level, it is checked for feasibility and accordingly clarifications/ corrections are suggested. If required, an online presentation is called for. Subsequently, the revised proposals are further adjudged by the faculty for the novelty and the final review decision is intimated. The review timeline is two weeks from the receipt of the proposal.
